This week I am joined by Lira Kay an international artist, futurist and celebrity guide, she has been called a secret weapon behind the sanity and phenomenal success of prominent social and creative enterprises and their CEOs.
We talk about why personal, identity and existential crises are inevitable in midlife. But this doesn't have to be a negative experience - it's our time to focus on ourselves, go deep, heal and have a chance for rebirth and a second breath.
Some of the key takeouts include:
1) Don't build upon the ruins. Build upon your life lessons.
2) Heal trauma so you can use your spiritual gifts - we are ashamed of how we acquired those gifts until we forgive ourselves.
3) It is safe for you to be powerful. Vulnerability is in being able to show up as your true, capable, knowing, powerful self. You'll get pushback and surprise people, especially your family, but it's so damn worth it!
