In menopause, it's about owning those negative emotions.

It's also important to recognise that midlife isn't just menopause. Midlife is the melting pot.

There are so many other things happening that impact our psychological well-being. Unless our symptoms are not severe, these factors can play a bigger role in how we feel mentally and emotionally.
